Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:

Faulty or incorrect item: We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
